It is played with between one and six standard decks of cards.
The dealer must stand on a hard or soft 17 or higher and draw on a hard or soft 16 or lower. Face cards (the Jack, Queen and King) and 10s all have a value of ten.
An Ace has a value of either 1 or 11. Any combination of cards that contains an Ace card and whose value does not exceed 21 is referred to as a ‘soft hand’. The card that remains face down is called the 'hole card'.
The amount wagered per hand may be increased or decreased by
placing the mouse on the stack that you wish to add or subtract to your bet. All face cards - Kings, Queens and Jacks, have a value of ten and the Aces can have a value of 1 or 11. You neither win nor lose. If your first two cards have the same point value, you may split them into two separate hands by placing a second bet equal to the original bet. If your card count goes over 21, you lose.
