After each game has been played, the used cards
are shuffled back into the deck. The aim is to beat the Dealer's hand by either getting a better hand, without exceeding 21, or by the Dealer's hand going bust. Blackjack is when your hand contains an Ace and a card with a value of ten. BUST Hands: All hands that exceed 21 lose, even if the dealer also goes BUST. If you receive an Ace and a Ten value card as your first two cards, you have Blackjack. All hands that purchased INSURANCE win if the dealer has a BLACKJACK – you will break even; if the dealer doesn't have a BLACKJACK the INSURANCE bet loses.
These may be represented as either a + and - symbol or up and down arrows. All face cards - Kings, Queens and Jacks, have a value of ten and the Aces can have a value of 1 or 11. The Deal button starts a new game of Blackjack. The Modify Table Bet Limit window will appear on the screen. For example, a King and a Ten have the same numerical value, but cannot be split because the cards are not the same denomination.
If you have SPLIT a pair of aces and then draw a card with a value of ten then this is not a BLACKJACK.
