Blackjack is a game of skill and chance between you and the Dealer.
The aim is to beat the Dealer's hand by either getting a better hand, without exceeding 21, or by the Dealer's hand going Bust. The deck is re-shuffled after each hand. BUST Hands: All hands that exceed 21 lose, even if the dealer also goes BUST. For example, a
hand containing a Jack, 3, and 4 has a value of 17. If you have a total of 22 or higher (a busted hand), you lose regardless of whether the dealer also busts. All hands that purchased INSURANCE win if the dealer has a BLACKJACK – you will break even; if the dealer doesn't have a BLACKJACK the INSURANCE bet loses.
Alternatively, you can click on a specific table. The bet size can only be changed between games. If the player's hand is closer to 21 the player wins, if the dealer's hand is closer to 21 the player loses. If your hand does not go Bust (exceeds 21) and still does not equal 21 you may continue to request additional cards until your hand goes Bust, reaches 21 or you decide to Stand. If you are dealt a Blackjack (an ace and a card of value ten) then the dealer will automatically lose unless his single card is an Ace or a card of value 10. You can split two cards with the same denomination, such as two Queens or two Fours, by clicking the Split button.
