You may draw up to nine additional cards to make a hand of eleven cards, provided the value of your hand does not exceed 21. An Ace adopts the value most beneficial for your hand. The Dealer stands on all hands with the value of 17 or more and draws on all hands with the value of 16 or less.
However, if the Dealers face up card is an Ace or Ten value card, he will act on all hands. The bet size can only be changed between games. If the player's hand is closer to 21 the player wins, if the dealer's hand is closer to 21 the player loses. You can HIT as many times as you wish until your hand goes bust or you decide to STAND.
