Blackjack is amongst the most popular and well recognized of modern Casino games.
Upon wagering, you and the dealer (the
computer) are dealt two cards to start. If you go over 21 this is called going BUST and you automatically lose the hand.
The dealer must stand on a hard or soft 17 or higher and draw on a hard or soft 16 or lower. Your hand automatically stands. You can double when your hand has a value of 9, 10 or 11. It cannot be beaten, only matched. Only one additional card allowed on each Ace when splitting a pair of Aces.
After each round, used cards are returned to the deck and the deck is shuffled.
However, if the Dealers face up card is an Ace or Ten value card, he will act on all hands. If he has Blackjack, the hand will be a Push (Standoff) The goal is for the player's hand to add up to 21 or come closer to 21 than the dealer's hand. If the Dealer makes 21 with 3 or more cards, the Players Blackjack wins. The STAND button ends your hand and moves game play to the next available hand – your next hand or the completion of the dealer's hand.
