The game is played on a semi-circular table with 5 or 7 playing positions. Aces can be valued at either one or eleven;
if counting the Ace as eleven would put the hand over twenty-one, the Ace is
automatically counted as one instead. Our version of Blackjack is played exclusively with a single 52-card deck, as this offers you the best possible chances of winning. BUST Hands: All hands that exceed 21 lose, even if the dealer also goes BUST. No re-splitting of cards allowed. In some Casinos the Dealer is dealt two cards but only one is turned so that it's value can be revealed.
An Ace and eight will add up to 19 but if the player chooses to take another card that would cause the hand's value to exceed 21 the Ace will revert to a value of 1.
You can split two cards that have the same denomination, such as two Queens or two Fours. The DEAL button starts a new game of blackjack. It does not cover any second hands on a split, or a double bet. If the Dealer makes 21 with 3 or more cards, the Players Blackjack wins. If your first two cards have the same point value, you may split them into two separate hands by placing a second bet equal to the original bet. If your card count goes over 21, you lose.
