Blackjack is played with 4 decks of cards – with the jokers removed – that are shuffled after the completion of every game.
The object of the game is to draw cards totaling closer to 21 than the Dealer draws without going over 21. This version of Blackjack is played with two standard decks of 52 playing cards that are shuffled before each game. Dealer stands on all 17's. It is the strongest hand in Blackjack, and automatically stands. If you receive an Ace and a Ten value card as your first two cards, you have Blackjack.
An Ace and eight will add up to 19 but if the player chooses to take another card that would cause the hand's value to exceed 21 the Ace will revert to a value of 1.
If both the Dealer and your hand have Blackjack, this is also considered a Push and you are paid out your original bet amount. If he has Blackjack, the hand will be a Push (Standoff) You may also set your table bet limit below the
maximum specified limit by selecting Bet Options from the Game Menu. If the player doubles and the dealer's first card is of value 11, and the dealer gets blackjack, the player loses both his bets. The Stand button, sometimes called the Stay button, ends your hand and moves the game onto the next phase be it the completion of the dealer's hand or of your second hand in the case of a Split.
If you have SPLIT a pair of aces and then draw a card with a value of ten then this is not a BLACKJACK.
