In Blackjack, before you are dealt any cards you have the option of making a $1 side bet that allows you to participate in additional payouts.
8 52-card decks are used. Cards are dealt from a deck of cards called a shoe. Traditionally a shoe may contain anything from one standard 52-card deck – no jokers – to 6 or sometimes 8 decks. Insurance costs half your original bet. If you beat the dealer with a BLACKJACK you are paid out at 3 to 2. You can HIT as many times as you wish until your hand goes bust or you decide to STAND. You play both hands as separate hands. If you are dealt a Blackjack then he will not be allowed to draw further cards as he already has the best possible hand.
