Blackjack is played with 4 decks of cards – with the jokers removed – that are shuffled after the completion of every game.
You do not need to specify which value the
Ace has as it's always assumed to have the value that makes the best hand. The card that remains face down is called the 'hole card'. The Dealer stands on all hands with the value of 17 or more and draws on all hands with the value of 16 or less.
These may be represented as either a + and - symbol or up and down arrows. A new window will open displaying the minimum and maximum bet. The Stand button, sometimes called the Stay button, ends your hand and moves the game onto the next phase be it the completion of the dealer's hand or of your second hand in the case of a Split. If you are dealt a Blackjack then he will not be allowed to draw further cards as he already has the best possible hand.
