Classic Blackjack is played with one standard deck of 52 playing cards that is shuffled before each game. The aim is to beat the Dealer's hand by either getting a better hand, without exceeding 21, or by the Dealer's hand going Bust. Aces can have a value of either 1 or 11.
Each of the player's hands is dealt two cards. You may draw up to nine additional cards to make a hand of eleven cards, provided the value of your hand does not exceed 21. The card that remains face down is called the Hole card.
The Dealer's hand is dealt in strict accordance with the terms of the Casino. All face cards - Kings, Queens and Jacks, have a value of ten and the Aces can have a value of 1 or 11. You may also set your table bet limit below the
maximum specified limit by selecting Bet Options from the Game Menu. The Hit button deals you another card. If your first two cards have the same point value, you may split them into two separate hands by placing a second bet equal to the original bet.
The SPLIT button is only available if the first two cards dealt are a pair.
