Blackjack is played with eight fifty-two-card decks.
During a game of Blackjack cards are dealt from a deck of cards called a shoe. In Classic Blackjack, you can only bet one hand at a time. If the total value of your cards is closer to 21 than the dealer’s, you win as much as you had wagered. Individual tables may have a higher minimum bet and a lower maximum bet. If your hand does not exceed 21 after receiving eleven cards, your hand automatically stands, and the Dealer plays its hand. The Dealer stands on all hands with the value of 17 or more and draws on all hands with the value of 16 or less.
The object of Blackjack is to obtain a hand with the highest possible value without exceeding 21. All face cards - Kings, Queens and Jacks, have a value of ten and the Aces can have a value of 1 or 11. Likewise by clicking on the right mouse button you
can decrease your planned wager amount. A second wager – equal to your original wager – is automatically placed on your second hand. If you do not have Blackjack on your first two cards, you may decide to stand (draw no more cards), or hit (draw more cards) until you decide to stand. If you place a wager that is lower than the
minimum table bet limit, your bet amount will be automatically adjusted to the
minimum bet amount.
