In Blackjack, before you are dealt any cards you have the option of making a $1 side bet that allows you to participate in additional payouts.
You will be dealt two cards. For example, a
hand containing a Jack, 3, and 4 has a value of 17. When your hand and the Dealer's hand tie, it is called a Push. All hands that purchased INSURANCE win if the dealer has a BLACKJACK – you will break even; if the dealer doesn't have a BLACKJACK the INSURANCE bet loses.
The Dealer is also dealt two cards but only one card is face up. The bet size can only be changed between games. You can HIT as many times as you wish until your hand goes bust or you decide to STAND. The STAND button ends your hand and moves game play to the next available hand – your next hand or the completion of the dealer's hand.
If you have SPLIT a pair of aces and then draw a card with a value of ten then this is not a BLACKJACK.
