Blackjack is played with two standard decks of 52 playing cards that are shuffled after the completion of every game. If you are dealt an Ace and a card with a value of 10, you have Blackjack. Face cards (the Jack, Queen and King) and 10s all have a value of ten.
An Ace has a value of either 1 or 11. For example, a
hand containing a Jack, 3, and 4 has a value of 17. Your chips are stacked by denomination ($1, $5,
$25, $100, $500) at the bottom of the game window. The card that remains face down is called the Hole card.
The object of Blackjack is to obtain a hand with the highest possible value without exceeding 21. The DEAL button starts a new game of blackjack. The Hit button deals you another card. If you do not have Blackjack on your first two cards, you may decide to stand (draw no more cards), or hit (draw more cards) until you decide to stand. If you are dealt a Blackjack then he will not be allowed to draw further cards as he already has the best possible hand.
