Blackjack is played with 4 decks of cards – with the jokers removed – that are shuffled after the completion of every game.
Wagers are placed in the circles provided. If you are dealt an Ace and a card with a value of 10, you have Blackjack. Traditionally a shoe may contain anything from one standard 52-card deck – no jokers – to 6 or sometimes 8 decks. If the value of the dealer's hand is higher than yours you lose. If you and the dealer have the same card total (17 and up) neither of you win and your bet is returned to you in a “push”.
The dealer must hit on all hands totaling 16 or less and stand on all hands totaling 17 or more. The bet size can only be changed between games. The dealer will not check for Blackjack in any case. You may repeat your last bet by simply
hitting the "0" button of your numeric keyboard. If you place a wager that is lower than the
minimum table bet limit, your bet amount will be automatically adjusted to the
minimum bet amount.
