Upon wagering, you and the dealer (the
computer) are dealt two cards to start. If you receive an ace and a ten-value card as your first two cards, you have Blackjack and win one and a half times your bet. You can take Insurance if the Dealer's first card is an Ace.
If you are dealt an Ace and a 10 or face card this is called a BLACKJACK and your hand will STAND automatically. Your hand is divided into two separate hands and a bet equal to your original bet is placed on the second hand. If your hand does not go Bust (exceeds 21) and still does not equal 21 you may continue to request additional cards until your hand goes Bust, reaches 21 or you decide to Stand. For example, a King and a Ten have the same numerical value, but cannot be split because the cards are not the same denomination. If you are dealt a Blackjack then he will not be allowed to draw further cards as he already has the best possible hand.
