Blackjack is a game where the player competes against the dealer.
Upon wagering, you and the dealer (the
computer) are dealt two cards to start. Wagers are placed in the circles provided. The aim is to beat the Dealer's hand by either getting a better hand, without exceeding 21, or by the Dealer's hand going bust. If the value of the dealer's hand is higher than yours you lose. It cannot be beaten, only matched.
After each round, used cards are returned to the deck and the deck is shuffled.
If you are dealt an Ace and a 10 or face card this is called a BLACKJACK and your hand will STAND automatically. If you beat the dealer with a BLACKJACK you are paid out at 3 to 2. The dealer will not check for Blackjack in any case. The Modify Table Bet Limit window will appear on the screen. If you do not have Blackjack on your first two cards, you may decide to stand (draw no more cards), or hit (draw more cards) until you decide to stand. Click on the OK button to complete the update.
