Blackjack is a game of skill and chance between you and the Dealer.
Upon wagering, you and the dealer (the
computer) are dealt two cards to start. The aim is to beat the Dealer's hand by either getting a better hand, without exceeding 21, or by the Dealer's hand going Bust. The deck is re-shuffled after each hand. If the value of your hand is closer to 21 than that of the dealer, you win. BUST Hands: All hands that exceed 21 lose, even if the dealer also goes BUST. Blackjack beats a score of 21. You can take Insurance if the Dealer's first card is an Ace.
These may be represented as either a + and - symbol or up and down arrows. The DEAL button starts a new game of blackjack. The dealer will not check for Blackjack in any case. A second wager – equal to your original wager – is automatically placed on your second hand. If you do not have Blackjack on your first two cards, you may decide to stand (draw no more cards), or hit (draw more cards) until you decide to stand. You then proceed to draw cards.
