Doubling after splitting allowed. Any combination of cards that contains an Ace card and whose value does not exceed 21 is referred to as a ‘soft hand’. The card that remains face down is called the 'hole card'. The Dealer stands on all hands with the value of 17 or more and draws on all hands with the value of 16 or less.
However, if the Dealers face up card is an Ace or Ten value card, he will act on all hands. The card that remains face down is called the 'hole card'. It does not cover any second hands on a split, or a double bet. If the player doubles and the dealer's first card is of value 11, and the dealer gets blackjack, the player loses both his bets. If you are dealt a Blackjack (an ace and a card of value ten) then the dealer will automatically lose unless his single card is an Ace or a card of value 10.
