This Blackjack is played exclusively with a single 52-card deck, as this offers you the best possible chances of winning. This version of Blackjack is played with two standard decks of 52 playing cards that are shuffled before each game. Cards are worth their face value with the exception of Kings, Queens, and Jacks which are each worth 10 and Aces which are
worth either 1 or 11. You do not need to specify which value the
Ace has as it's always assumed to have the value that makes the best hand. Your hand cannot be beaten, only matched. Any combination of cards that contains an Ace card and whose value does not exceed 21 is referred to as a ‘soft hand’. The Increase and Decrease buttons are used to adjust the size of your bet.
However, if the Dealers face up card is an Ace or Ten value card, he will act on all hands. If he has Blackjack, the hand will be a Push (Standoff) If your initial two cards do not total 21 then you may request additional cards, called a Hit. If your hand does not go Bust (exceeds 21) and still does not equal 21 you may continue to request additional cards until your hand goes Bust, reaches 21 or you decide to Stand. The STAND button ends your hand and moves game play to the next available hand – your next hand or the completion of the dealer's hand.
If you have SPLIT a pair of aces and then draw a card with a value of ten then this is not a BLACKJACK.
