Blackjack is played with eight fifty-two-card decks.
The game is played on a semi-circular table with 5 or 7 playing positions. In Classic Blackjack, you can only bet one hand at a time. You will be dealt two cards. Aces count as one or eleven, whichever is to the Player's advantage. In some Casinos the Dealer is dealt two cards but only one is turned so that it's value can be revealed. The Dealer will announce Blackjack, pay you one and one-half times the bet, then remove those cards before acting on any other hands.
If both the Dealer and your hand have Blackjack, this is also considered a Push and you are paid out your original bet amount. The bet size can only be changed between games. The HIT button tells the dealer to deal you another card. The dealer must hit on all hands totaling 16 or less and stand on all hands totaling 17 or more. If you are dealt a Blackjack (an ace and a card of value ten) then the dealer will automatically lose unless his single card is an Ace or a card of value 10.
