The object of the game is to draw cards totaling closer to 21 than the Dealer draws without going over 21. The objective of Blackjack is to accumulate cards that add up closer to 21 than that of the dealer’s cards, without going over 21. In Classic Blackjack, you can only bet one hand at a time. You decide what value is more beneficial to your hand. If the hands are of equal value the deal is a push and your money is returned. You are paid your original bet.
The player may not split a split hand. Insurance only covers your original hand. If your initial two cards do not total 21 then you may request additional cards, called a Hit. You may repeat your last bet by simply
hitting the "0" button of your numeric keyboard. The Stand button, sometimes called the Stay button, ends your hand and moves the game onto the next phase be it the completion of the dealer's hand or of your second hand in the case of a Split. You can split two cards with the same denomination, such as two Queens or two Fours, by clicking the Split button.
