The object of BlackJack is to obtain a hand with the highest possible value without exceeding 21.
After each game has been played, the used cards
are shuffled back into the deck. All face cards - Jacks, Kings and Queens, have a value of 10. Dealer stands on all 17's. For example, a
hand containing a Jack, 3, and 4 has a value of 17.
After each round, used cards are returned to the deck and the deck is shuffled.
