If the Dealer's hand exceeds 21, it is bust, and you automatically win. Blackjack is when your hand contains an Ace and a card with a value of ten. If you beat the Dealer with Blackjack you are paid out at odds of 3 to 2. The card that remains face down is called the 'hole card'. The Dealer will announce Blackjack, pay you one and one-half times the bet, then remove those cards before acting on any other hands.
The bets can only be changed or added between games. If he has Blackjack, the hand will be a Push (Standoff) Cards of the same value but not of the same denomination cannot be split in this version of Blackjack. If you do not have Blackjack on your first two cards, you may decide to stand (draw no more cards), or hit (draw more cards) until you decide to stand.
If you have SPLIT a pair of aces and then draw a card with a value of ten then this is not a BLACKJACK.
