In Blackjack, before you are dealt any cards you have the option of making a $1 side bet that allows you to participate in additional payouts.
It is played with between one and six standard decks of cards. The cards are dealt clockwise from a dealing "shoe. Dealer stands on all 17's. You can double when your hand has a value of 9, 10 or 11. You may draw up to nine additional cards to make a hand of eleven cards, provided the value of your hand does not exceed 21. Your chips are stacked by denomination ($1, $5,
$25, $100, $500) at the bottom of the game window. You can take Insurance if the Dealer's first card is an Ace.
The bets can only be changed or added between games. If the dealer's hand and the player's hand are both under 21 the hands are compared. The dealer will not check for Blackjack in any case. The dealer must hit on all hands totaling 16 or less and stand on all hands totaling 17 or more.
