In Blackjack, aces count as either 1 or 11, face cards as 10, and number cards as their face value. If the value of your hand is closer to 21 than that of the dealer, you win. Individual tables may have a higher minimum bet and a lower maximum bet. If you and the dealer have the same card total (17 and up) neither of you win and your bet is returned to you in a “push”. The Doubling bet is equal to your original bet.
An Ace and eight will add up to 19 but if the player chooses to take another card that would cause the hand's value to exceed 21 the Ace will revert to a value of 1.
The player may not split a split hand. If he has Blackjack, the hand will be a Push (Standoff) You may also set your table bet limit below the
maximum specified limit by selecting Bet Options from the Game Menu. Cards of the same value but not of the same denomination cannot be split in this version of Blackjack. For example, a King and a Ten have the same numerical value, but cannot be split because the cards are not the same denomination. If you place a wager that is lower than the
minimum table bet limit, your bet amount will be automatically adjusted to the
minimum bet amount.
