If you go over 21 this is called going BUST and you automatically lose the hand. Cards 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 count at face value. Picture cards (Jack, Queen, King) count as ten. The Dealer is dealt two cards but only one card is face up. All hands that are dealt an Ace and a 10 or a face card win, unless the dealer also has a BLACKJACK – a PUSH. The Dealer will announce Blackjack, pay you one and one-half times the bet, then remove those cards before acting on any other hands.
You can split two cards that have the same denomination, such as two Queens or two Fours. You neither win nor lose. You play both hands as separate hands. If you place a wager that is lower than the
minimum table bet limit, your bet amount will be automatically adjusted to the
minimum bet amount.
