All face cards - Jacks, Kings and Queens, have a value of 10. Aces can have a value of either 1 or 11. For example, a
hand containing a Jack, 3, and 4 has a value of 17. Each of the player's hands is dealt two cards.
If both the Dealer and your hand have Blackjack, this is also considered a Push and you are paid out your original bet amount. The bet size can only be changed between games. If you split a pair of Aces and then draw a card with a denomination of 10, this is not Blackjack, although it has a value of 21. If you are dealt a Blackjack (an ace and a card of value ten) then the dealer will automatically lose unless his single card is an Ace or a card of value 10. You then proceed to draw cards.
