This Blackjack is played exclusively with a single 52-card deck, as this offers you the best possible chances of winning. This version of Blackjack is played with two standard decks of 52 playing cards that are shuffled before each game. Cards are dealt from a deck of cards called a shoe. Traditionally a shoe may contain anything from one standard 52-card deck – no jokers – to 6 or sometimes 8 decks.
Each of the player's hands is dealt two cards. At this Casino there are 5 playing positions you can choose from and you can play up to 5 hands of blackjack at the same time. Your chips are stacked by denomination ($1, $5,
$25, $100, $500) at the bottom of the game window. You can take Insurance if the Dealer's first card is an Ace.
The Dealer is also dealt two cards but only one card is face up. If you beat the dealer with a BLACKJACK you are paid out at 3 to 2. The HIT button tells the dealer to deal you another card. Cards of the same value but not of the same denomination cannot be split in this version of Blackjack. The STAND button ends your hand and moves game play to the next available hand – your next hand or the completion of the dealer's hand.
The SPLIT button is only available if the first two cards dealt are a pair.
