The object of BlackJack is to obtain a hand with the highest possible value without exceeding 21.
Classic Blackjack is played with one standard deck of 52 playing cards that is shuffled before each game. This version of Blackjack is played with two standard decks of 52 playing cards that are shuffled before each game. Face cards (the Jack, Queen and King) and 10s all have a value of ten. If the hands are of equal value the deal is a push and your money is returned. If you have a total of 22 or higher (a busted hand), you lose regardless of whether the dealer also busts. The card that remains face down is called the Hole card.
You can split two cards that have the same denomination, such as two Queens or two Fours. The DEAL button starts a new game of blackjack. The dealer will not check for Blackjack in any case. You can HIT as many times as you wish until your hand goes bust or you decide to STAND. If your first two cards have the same point value, you may split them into two separate hands by placing a second bet equal to the original bet.
The SPLIT button is only available if the first two cards dealt are a pair.
