The game is played on a semi-circular table with 5 or 7 playing positions. In Blackjack, aces count as either 1 or 11, face cards as 10, and number cards as their face value. Aces can be valued at either one or eleven;
if counting the Ace as eleven would put the hand over twenty-one, the Ace is
automatically counted as one instead. If the total value of your cards is closer to 21 than the dealer’s, you win as much as you had wagered. Doubling after splitting allowed. Aces count as one or eleven, whichever is to the Player's advantage. In some Casinos the Dealer is dealt two cards but only one is turned so that it's value can be revealed.
These may be represented as either a + and - symbol or up and down arrows. The DEAL button starts a new game of blackjack. If the player's hand is closer to 21 the player wins, if the dealer's hand is closer to 21 the player loses. Cards of the same value but not of the same denomination cannot be split in this version of Blackjack. The STAND button ends your hand and moves game play to the next available hand – your next hand or the completion of the dealer's hand. If your card count goes over 21, you lose.
