This Blackjack is played exclusively with a single 52-card deck, as this offers you the best possible chances of winning. If you are dealt an Ace and a card with a value of 10, you have Blackjack. Cards 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 count at face value. The
value of a hand is the sum of the values of the individual cards. If you and the dealer have the same card total (17 and up) neither of you win and your bet is returned to you in a “push”. When your hand and the Dealer's hand tie, it is called a Push.
However, if the Dealers face up card is an Ace or Ten value card, he will act on all hands. The card that remains face down is called the 'hole card'. The dealer will not check for Blackjack in any case.
