Ace has as it's always assumed to have the value that makes the best hand. BUST Hands: All hands that exceed 21 lose, even if the dealer also goes BUST. No re-splitting of cards allowed.
If both the Dealer and your hand have Blackjack, this is also considered a Push and you are paid out your original bet amount. The DEAL button starts a new game of blackjack.
