Blackjack is a game where the player competes against the dealer.
Traditionally a shoe may contain anything from one standard 52-card deck to 6 such decks. Picture cards (Jack, Queen, King) count as ten. At this Casino there are 5 playing positions you can choose from and you can play up to 5 hands of blackjack at the same time. Each of the player's hands is dealt two cards.
The Dealer is also dealt two cards but only one card is face up. Your hand is divided into two separate hands and a bet equal to your original bet is placed on the second hand. You can HIT as many times as you wish until your hand goes bust or you decide to STAND. For example, a King and a Ten have the same numerical value, but cannot be split because the cards are not the same denomination. You then proceed to draw cards.
