In Blackjack, before you are dealt any cards you have the option of making a $1 side bet that allows you to participate in additional payouts.
The cards are dealt clockwise from a dealing "shoe. Aces can be valued at either one or eleven;
if counting the Ace as eleven would put the hand over twenty-one, the Ace is
automatically counted as one instead. Aces can have a value of either 1 or 11. Picture cards (Jack, Queen, King) count as ten. If you and the dealer have the same card total (17 and up) neither of you win and your bet is returned to you in a “push”. If you receive an Ace and a Ten value card as your first two cards, you have Blackjack. The Dealer stands on all hands with the value of 17 or more and draws on all hands with the value of 16 or less.
The player may not split a split hand. If he has Blackjack, the hand will be a Push (Standoff) If your initial two cards do not total 21 then you may request additional cards, called a Hit. The Modify Table Bet Limit window will appear on the screen. If you do not have Blackjack on your first two cards, you may decide to stand (draw no more cards), or hit (draw more cards) until you decide to stand. If your card count goes over 21, you lose.
