In Blackjack, before you are dealt any cards you have the option of making a $1 side bet that allows you to participate in additional payouts.
The object of the game is to draw cards totaling closer to 21 than the Dealer draws without going over 21. Aces can be valued at either one or eleven;
if counting the Ace as eleven would put the hand over twenty-one, the Ace is
automatically counted as one instead. Traditionally a shoe may contain anything from one standard 52-card deck – no jokers – to 6 or sometimes 8 decks. Individual tables may have a higher minimum bet and a lower maximum bet. At this Casino there are 5 playing positions you can choose from and you can play up to 5 hands of blackjack at the same time. Each hand played is a separate wager against the dealer.
If the dealer's hand total and the player's hand total are the same than the hand is a tie or PUSH and the player's bet is returned. If the Dealer gets Blackjack after you have split or doubled, your entire bet - both the original and double or split amounts - is lost. You neither win nor lose. Cards of the same value but not of the same denomination cannot be split in this version of Blackjack. The Stand button, sometimes called the Stay button, ends your hand and moves the game onto the next phase be it the completion of the dealer's hand or of your second hand in the case of a Split.
If you have SPLIT a pair of aces and then draw a card with a value of ten then this is not a BLACKJACK.
