Blackjack is a game where the player competes against the dealer.
If you go over 21 this is called going BUST and you automatically lose the hand. All face cards - Jacks, Kings and Queens, have a value of 10. In this version of Blackjack, you can only bet one hand at a time. Individual tables may have a higher minimum bet and a lower maximum bet. No re-splitting of cards allowed. In some Casinos the Dealer is dealt two cards but only one is turned so that it's value can be revealed. You can take Insurance if the Dealer's first card is an Ace.
The Dealer's hand is dealt in strict accordance with the terms of the Casino. If the dealer's hand and the player's hand are both under 21 the hands are compared. The goal is for the player's hand to add up to 21 or come closer to 21 than the dealer's hand. The Modify Table Bet Limit window will appear on the screen. If you do not have Blackjack on your first two cards, you may decide to stand (draw no more cards), or hit (draw more cards) until you decide to stand.
If you have SPLIT a pair of aces and then draw a card with a value of ten then this is not a BLACKJACK.
