Blackjack is a game of skill and chance between you and the Dealer.
Classic Blackjack is played with one standard deck of 52 playing cards that is shuffled before each game. Cards are dealt from a deck of cards called a shoe. BUST Hands: All hands that exceed 21 lose, even if the dealer also goes BUST. It cannot be beaten, only matched. The Dealer will announce Blackjack, pay you one and one-half times the bet, then remove those cards before acting on any other hands.
The bets can only be changed or added between games. All face cards - Kings, Queens and Jacks, have a value of ten and the Aces can have a value of 1 or 11. If the player's hand is closer to 21 the player wins, if the dealer's hand is closer to 21 the player loses. You can HIT as many times as you wish until your hand goes bust or you decide to STAND. The Stand button, sometimes called the Stay button, ends your hand and moves the game onto the next phase be it the completion of the dealer's hand or of your second hand in the case of a Split.
If you have SPLIT a pair of aces and then draw a card with a value of ten then this is not a BLACKJACK.
