In Blackjack, before you are dealt any cards you have the option of making a $1 side bet that allows you to participate in additional payouts.
Upon wagering, you and the dealer (the
computer) are dealt two cards to start. If the Dealer's hand exceeds 21, it is bust, and you automatically win. Dealer stands on all 17's. Individual tables may have a higher minimum bet and a lower maximum bet. If you and the dealer have the same card total (17 and up) neither of you win and your bet is returned to you in a “push”. The card that remains face down is called the 'hole card'.
If the dealer's hand total and the player's hand total are the same than the hand is a tie or PUSH and the player's bet is returned. For more information you can also contact the Casino support team. The dealer must hit on all hands totaling 16 or less and stand on all hands totaling 17 or more. For example, a King and a Ten have the same numerical value, but cannot be split because the cards are not the same denomination. You then proceed to draw cards.
