The cards are dealt clockwise from a dealing "shoe.
The dealer must stand on a hard or soft 17 or higher and draw on a hard or soft 16 or lower. Traditionally a shoe may contain anything from one standard 52-card deck – no jokers – to 6 or sometimes 8 decks. Any combination of cards that contains an Ace card and whose value does not exceed 21 is referred to as a ‘soft hand’. Only one additional card allowed on each Ace when splitting a pair of Aces. You are paid your original bet.
The Dealer's hand is dealt in strict accordance with the terms of the Casino. It does not cover any second hands on a split, or a double bet. If the Dealer makes 21 with 3 or more cards, the Players Blackjack wins. If you are dealt a Blackjack (an ace and a card of value ten) then the dealer will automatically lose unless his single card is an Ace or a card of value 10. You can split two cards with the same denomination, such as two Queens or two Fours, by clicking the Split button.
