Upon wagering, you and the dealer (the
computer) are dealt two cards to start. Blackjack always beats any other hand with a value of 21. If the value of your hand is closer to 21 than that of the dealer, you win. You are dealt one card and your hand automatically stands. The Dealer will announce Blackjack, pay you one and one-half times the bet, then remove those cards before acting on any other hands.
The amount wagered per hand may be increased or decreased by
placing the mouse on the stack that you wish to add or subtract to your bet. The card that remains face down is called the 'hole card'. The dealer will not check for Blackjack in any case. Other keyboard
