After each game has been played, the used cards
are shuffled back into the deck. If the Dealer's hand exceeds 21, it is bust, and you automatically win. In this version of Blackjack, you can only bet one hand at a time. Your hand cannot be beaten, only matched. Aces count as one or eleven, whichever is to the Player's advantage. The card that remains face down is called the 'hole card'. You can take Insurance if the Dealer's first card is an Ace.
If the dealer's hand total and the player's hand total are the same than the hand is a tie or PUSH and the player's bet is returned. All face cards - Kings, Queens and Jacks, have a value of ten and the Aces can have a value of 1 or 11. The Deal button starts a new game of Blackjack. You may repeat your last bet by simply
hitting the "0" button of your numeric keyboard. If you are dealt a Blackjack (an ace and a card of value ten) then the dealer will automatically lose unless his single card is an Ace or a card of value 10.
The SPLIT button is only available if the first two cards dealt are a pair.
