Blackjack is one of the most popular casino games.
The cards are dealt clockwise from a dealing "shoe. Cards are worth their face value with the exception of Kings, Queens, and Jacks which are each worth 10 and Aces which are
worth either 1 or 11. Cards 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 count at face value. The Dealer is dealt two cards but only one card is face up. When your hand and the Dealer's hand tie, it is called a Push.
An Ace and eight will add up to 19 but if the player chooses to take another card that would cause the hand's value to exceed 21 the Ace will revert to a value of 1.
If both the Dealer and your hand have Blackjack, this is also considered a Push and you are paid out your original bet amount.
Each time you click the left mouse button you will add a chip from that pile to
your planned wager amount. The Deal button starts a new game of Blackjack. If the Dealer makes 21 with 3 or more cards, the Players Blackjack wins. The Stand button, sometimes called the Stay button, ends your hand and moves the game onto the next phase be it the completion of the dealer's hand or of your second hand in the case of a Split. Click on the OK button to complete the update.
