Blackjack is played with eight fifty-two-card decks.
The cards are dealt clockwise from a dealing "shoe. Cards are dealt from a deck of cards called a shoe. Blackjack is when your hand contains an Ace and a card with a value of ten. You can double when your hand has a value of 9, 10 or 11. It cannot be beaten, only matched. When your hand and the Dealer's hand tie, it is called a Push.
The Dealer's hand is dealt in strict accordance with the terms of the Casino. If the Dealer gets Blackjack after you have split or doubled, your entire bet - both the original and double or split amounts - is lost. The HIT button tells the dealer to deal you another card. Cards of the same value but not of the same denomination cannot be split in this version of Blackjack. The Stand button, sometimes called the Stay button, ends your hand and moves the game onto the next phase be it the completion of the dealer's hand or of your second hand in the case of a Split.
