The object of the game is to draw cards totaling closer to 21 than the Dealer draws without going over 21. In Blackjack, aces count as either 1 or 11, face cards as 10, and number cards as their face value. If you receive an ace and a ten-value card as your first two cards, you have Blackjack and win one and a half times your bet. In this version of Blackjack, you can only bet one hand at a time. The Dealer will be dealt one card. In some Casinos the Dealer is dealt two cards but only one is turned so that it's value can be revealed. You are paid your original bet.

If you are dealt a pair you may SPLIT your hand. This means that your pair is divided into two separate hands with two separate wagers. The Hit button deals you another card. If you have SPLIT a pair of aces and then draw a card with a value of ten then this is not a BLACKJACK.
