The object of Blackjack is for the total of your cards to be closer to 21 than the dealer’s cards, without exceeding 21. If you are dealt an Ace and a card with a value of 10, you have Blackjack. Aces count as one or eleven, whichever is to the Player's advantage. Only one additional card allowed on each Ace when splitting a pair of Aces. All hands that purchased INSURANCE win if the dealer has a BLACKJACK – you will break even; if the dealer doesn't have a BLACKJACK the INSURANCE bet loses.
The bets can only be changed or added between games. If you beat the dealer with a BLACKJACK you are paid out at 3 to 2. If the player's hand is closer to 21 the player wins, if the dealer's hand is closer to 21 the player loses. The Modify Table Bet Limit window will appear on the screen. If your first two cards have the same point value, you may split them into two separate hands by placing a second bet equal to the original bet.
The SPLIT button is only available if the first two cards dealt are a pair.
