After each game has been played, the used cards
are shuffled back into the deck. Aces can be valued at either one or eleven;
if counting the Ace as eleven would put the hand over twenty-one, the Ace is
automatically counted as one instead. In this version of Blackjack, you can only bet one hand at a time. Picture cards (Jack, Queen, King) count as ten. The Dealer is dealt two cards but only one card is face up. All hands that purchased INSURANCE win if the dealer has a BLACKJACK – you will break even; if the dealer doesn't have a BLACKJACK the INSURANCE bet loses.
If both the Dealer and your hand have Blackjack, this is also considered a Push and you are paid out your original bet amount. If he has Blackjack, the hand will be a Push (Standoff) If your initial two cards do not total 21 then you may request additional cards, called a Hit. If the Dealer makes 21 with 3 or more cards, the Players Blackjack wins. If you are dealt a Blackjack (an ace and a card of value ten) then the dealer will automatically lose unless his single card is an Ace or a card of value 10. If your card count goes over 21, you lose.
